This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, and delivered. Timelines shown on the website are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs, weather, or high-volume periods.

Order Processing

Orders are processed after payment confirmation. Processing includes order verification, packing, and carrier handoff. Processing times vary based on order volume and stock availability.

Processing timeframe. Most orders are prepared within 24–72 business hours.

Business days. Processing occurs Monday–Friday, excluding holidays.

Address accuracy. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping details.

Shipping Methods & Rates

Shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Rates may depend on destination, package weight, carrier service level, and promotional conditions.

If free shipping is offered, eligibility rules (order value, destination, and service level) will appear at checkout.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after the order is handed to the carrier. Delivery times are not guaranteed and may be impacted by factors outside our control, including customs processing and carrier operational delays.

Domestic deliveries. Typical delivery windows vary by service level shown at checkout.

International deliveries. Transit times may be longer and depend on customs clearance.

Peak periods. Holidays and high-volume periods may extend both processing and delivery.

Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number (where available) via email. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear after the carrier scans the package.

International Shipping & Customs

International orders may be subject to customs inspections, duties, taxes, or fees assessed by your local authorities. These charges are the customer’s responsibility unless explicitly stated otherwise at checkout.

Undeliverable Packages & Returned Shipments

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, refusal, or non-payment of duties/taxes, we may (at our discretion) reship the order or issue a partial refund after deducting shipping and handling costs.

Please contact support promptly if you believe your package may be undeliverable.

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible with your order number and clear photos of the package and contents so we can review and assist.

Delays & Carrier Issues

Once an order is in the carrier network, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier. While we will assist with carrier communication where possible, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or reimburse delays caused by third-party carriers, customs, or weather events.
